First topic message reminder :
HTS không biết cách nào đáp: - Ơ me ri cừn pằng pằng, vi xi đai!

Re: English in pool
Wow, that's great idea! You may get 500 point bonus for your creative topic.
Willing to share, not only sweet memories, friendly but also knowledge and living skills – that's what we are expecting from buddies and honor members.
Knowledge may not be really a power; it’s that potential only till it be SHARED each other, especially to our friends.
itself, be a big and warm HOME. Never mind, whatever you are good or not in English, Chinese, etc. We are LEARNING by SHARING, I support for this idea.
I am not saying that I am doing write these words correctly but I do love this topic.
Hope to hear from you much more, my buddies,

Chi pheo, regarding your question, the thing need to clarify that, what is the exact question: "How much your current salary?" or "What's salary do you expect?", the answer will be difference.

Before Banh My may have some interesting stuff, I would take this opportunity to share my idea, regarding questions: "How much salary do you expect?" and "What's your current salary?" during interviewing.
I am going to talk about the first question "How much salary do you expect?".
Definitely, there is no exactly typical answer for this question. It's depend on the situation, how deep you had came in your interviewer’s heart and how much confident of your in front of the due and challenges. Any way, there is some good suggessted answer below for your reference:
“I know that you know well how much you could pay me for this kind of job! But for a job, the pay – any way, it’s not all the thing. The thing that how much is our target and our passion to reach the goals. Of course the low pay could not the subject to deal with high pressures and challenge achievements”.
Before the interview, you try by some way to know the level of pay that the job could offer then during the discussion, try some suitable time to request for the salary that you expect for.
One more option for your first question “How much salary do you expect?”
You may not directly going to the answer, but you could ask back that: “Do you think how much you can pay for this job?” Of course this question just be raised after you guy discuss very deeply and clearly about the job description, responsibilities, etc.

How about the second question “How much current your salary?”, from my point of view and experience, just only one answer that you should tell him the true. Remember that it’s very easy to cross check about it. An experience guy, especial H.R guy they have a lot of way to double check it. Can you let a deceptive guy to be your staff? No!
Thanks and let’s share much more, friends

Re: English in pool
Thank Chi for your nice feedback,
It's said that learning idioms could help you speak a language as native people. For example, to be a foreigner, it's not easy to understand "Liệu cơm gắp mắm", right? English, of course, it has idoms. Today I would share one of them: "Quên đi, còn khuya nhé!" = "When pigs fly".
- Hey, can I borrow you some money?
- When pigs fly!
Who know "Break a leg", what does it means?
